HB582 Use and teaching of social-emotional learning concepts in Public K-12 to be prohibited. Violations constitute neglect of duty and possible disiplanary action.
HB455: Allows ABC Board to regulate and further restrict the dosage, manufacturing, distribution, and sale of consumable hemp products, including gummies, vapes, and anything containing CBD and THC (AKA Delta 8, Delta 9, etc.).

Whew. #Alabama legislative session is almost over. Chin up y'all. We gotta survive this a bit longer. The work waits. The state has some promising candidates popping up throughout. The best thing we can do to fight poor legislation is to uplift and elect people who represent us and our interest. ✊️
