Cancelling plans is okay. Putting yourself first is okay. Going for a long walk is okay. Abandoning society is okay. Moving into a cave with a family of raccoons is okay. Giving them tiny swords & shields is okay. Do what you need to do to cope.

It's also generally light and mostly inoffensive, and a good source of nutrients so what little you eat, you get a nice batch of things in your body either way. Maybe it's worth a try? I hope you feel better soon.

Not the kind you can get in the market, but home made. Like, cooked assorted veggies that you then run into the blender so they turn into a soup/cream. I always find the taste and smell pleasant, and it's what I go for when something particularly affects my appetite.

I'm sorry. But since you just upped your dose then this feels like a harsh side effect, but it also indicates it'll pass! When I first got into antidepressants I couldn't eat even my comfort foods. Something that did work for me was funny enough, baby food 😅

I don't really dress goth either (I live off of donations so I can't tailor the wardrobe too much lol), but goth is in the soul.

It never really caught on here and it makes me so sad. We do have a "Folklore Day" in late August, which could be taken advantage of for goth purposes, but I think vast majority of people doesn't even know it's a thing and it makes me sad.

I relate to that a lot. I'm just exhausted of things how they are, I've never really had a peaceful life, there's always something. And at this point I want to be at my own quiet place, even if everything else is burning.

It is not stupid the feel this way when life is made up of the sum of little things that bring us joy. Everything is just continuously made worse for the sake of the greed of a few, it is tiring and disheartening.

I think I should share my new pfp in a big size. No, you do not get any context. Yes, that's exactly what it looks like. I'm not an artist, but the power of a tablet, a pen, and the right softwares is getting to my head.
