Still gutted. I donβt think it makes a huge difference in terms of the tie but so close to a really famous victory.

Look at the end of the first half.the ref blows up when we have the ball in the Barca box. Compare that to the end of the game when he lets Barca play just play on after time is up.
Donβt mind losing or bad but honest refereeing but that ref was doing everything he could to ensure Barca did not get beat. Sickening.
If that was the refereeing here imagine what it will be like at the Nou Camp. Remember PSG away.
He blow when we were in their box at the end of the first half.
Well thatβs a bit of a mood hoover. Why isnβt Gordon starting-illness?
I am more confident over this one than I was against Everton.
Good article. Sick of ignorant fans saying that prices need to go up to close the gap. Itβs absolute bollocks.
The story of the season remains the same- a disastrous summer window meant no improvement in the 1st team or squad despite Β£200m spent, Thiaw and Ramsey aside.
Unless itβs a Saudi club, maximum is about a Β£15/20m punt.
definite touch of *cuppy fever* in the air.
You canβt extrapolate much from one result but this is certainly interesting. People with first hand knowledge of how bad Reform are deciding that even the current Labour Party is preferable. In a Council By-Election. Reform are making a royal mess in Durham.
Great read George. Thought that had 2-1 written all over it at the end and then⦠what a moment.
βItβs one of the best emotions Iβve felt, and Iβm sure a lot of people will say the same,β Eddie Howe said. βWe needed it, and we know we needed it.β
From hanging on to breaking hard, Will Osulaβs wonder goal is a game changer and a mood shifter for #NUFC

Agree that we need to realise where we are in the food chain and go after realistic signings.
All comes back to a disastrous transfer window. Look what happened to Spurs and Man United when they spent badly for years. We need a very good summer in the transfer market, incomings and outgoings.
For me I can count on one hand the amount of times we have played well against a top tier team. Weβve struggled home and away against good teams and looked better against weaker teams in Europe and the domestic cups which have a much lower budget. The summer window was disastrous.
Im not Howe out at all but we havenβt seen good football all season.
The Fed in Dunston is hosting Professional Racist Katie Hopkins over two nights (with one night already sold out) if anyone wants to let them know what you think of that.

It was a good goal and we were extremely bored. Any football was welcome at that point. There was no risk of losing.
Not worth Β£65 a ticket. Most of these European game should be priced as per FA Cup/Carabao Cup games otherwise the crowds could start to dip. Hard to justify the expense.
Couldnβt watch that every week. I wonder if that is a taste of what it must be like supporting a very dominant team such as Manchester City. It explains the lack of atmosphere. Football without risk is dull.
Tough watch.
Or possibly not. Canβt see there being any public money for the redevelopment π€- although a large Defence order for the Saudi military may help.
Where was VAR? It was a penalty.
Players gave everything there. Couldnβt have given more #nufc
Is this a tactic to wear the same colour strip as City? #nufc
Just seen this on Facebook πππ #NUFC
