Think the only biggest change I ever gave her was not making her part of the Flaming Fist, or a militaristic force, and was just someone who was someone who was already doing jobs for the shady. And someone who is also not a fan of the Flaming Fist at all.
I do wanna add Nashira isn't going to ever have a dramatic change to the point where core parts of her characteristics is no longer recognizable when it comes to evolving a character's story. If a change is ever HUGE then I'll just make an entire new character.
