I love episodes like Duet and the three part season two opener but there are also episodes I dig from the first season and a half of B5 even though I recognize later episodes are far strongerโฆ like DS9.
Never understood the Pulaski hate.

Irony is episode 2.9 is the episode I consider the grand turning point when all the groundwork of season 1 & early season 2 finally starts coming together and starts ramping up the overall arc. Really staring there much like some would argue DS9 really starts with either season 2 or season 3 finale.
Push throughโฆ long term itโs worth it. The budget limiting short comings of the early day gradually give way to more consistent (and even prescient) storytelling.
