I use my WFH days to catch up with lots of tasks such as HR, audits, performance management etc. I use my office days to spend time with all my teams and build relationships. On measurable output I’m more productive at home, but support my staff wellbeing better in the office. 50/50 is ideal for me
Exactly. The country voted for a programme and once in power Starmer watered down or reneged on most of the manifesto. The only bits delivered so far were under Rayner’s stewardship, so she’s the legitimate leader imho
