Broadway bridge is quiet but pedestrians still holding it down.

An unfortunate reemerging talking point in this city is that drivers need to park as close as possible to where they are going in order to be safe. It erases transit riders, pedestrians, cyclists. It is important to push back on that.
Generally speaking, when you live in an apartment building you are not going to get a spot out front most of the time.
All this over a handful of parking spaces for a 214 unit building.

the owner, she wrote, "this reaction was based in a deep and abiding misogyny
(duh)." Actually, it was based on his plan to fire her 4 days later. But thanks for
saving RR having to pay unemployment!
