Every court date, every defendant is part of our collective struggle against the state. Whether in the courtroom, or in the streets, we must show that our strength comes from our unity.
May all our prisoners be free, inshallah.
We are calling on all comrades to show up - not just to support Jakhi, but to let them know we will not back down.
COURT DETAILS:

This is a stand for every individual facing unjust charges, for every comrade targeted by the state, and for every community under siege by the State.
This, just like every court date of defendents across the empire, is a moment to stand up and fight against the system that seeks to silence, oppress, criminalize, and divide us.
Our comrade has turned himself in this morning, despite facing sham federal felony charges that carry a 5 year mandatory minimum and 20 year maximum. His voluntary turn in was a decision made out of love and true concern for his larger community.
