Seems like a really good day for Canadian media to stop letting Pierre Poilievre off the hook for not getting (or not being able to get) the same normal security clearance that everyone else in similar positions has always gotten.

In today’s unprecedented dangerous context, that’s a huge red flag.

My son has a higher security clearance in his job than Poilievre does in the Federal government.

In order for my son to do his job, which he cannot talk to anyone about because it is part of National Security, so why are we not all pissed off right now because Poilievre does not have his?

I ardently feel we've never had a more economically and financially qualified and respected candidate in Canadian history in any party. We need a tenaciously steady hand that also cares deeply for our environmental and social heritage. We've seen such great progress over the last ten years; progress we would only dream of. Canada is once again the beaming obelisk of the world on a cliff, surrounded by stormy seas below and dark, spiraling clouds above.
