Fried rice with bits of everything:peas,corn,carrot, diced leftover chicken & ham,eggs with Chinese Five Spice & spring onions

Roast chicken with veggies (I deliberately cooked it to crispy & shock horror didnโt make gravy ๐ฑ)
A crรจme caramel on a plate (the toffee bit I had to break to get out of the foil cup)
& tonight I did a butterflied roast chicken with veggies (theyโre our potatoes ๐) Cooking today was a nice release.I might be in & out for awhile & I apologise profusely for not replying to you like I usually try to.I hope you understand.Stay safe out there everyone ๐ฉต๐๐ฝ๏ธ

๐ปevening Bluetopia-the issues have continued & I think itโs going to get very complicated๐๐but I took some time out today to do a French cooking class Iโd signed up for & had a lovely time.Hereโs some pics (the crรจme caramel wasnโt easy to get out of the foil cup๐)the Tarte Tatin was to die for.
but itโs going to be interesting as the hospital have been told about our concerns re her possible dementia/Alzheimers so theyโre going to be watching everything & maybe weโll get a diagnosis sooner.I finally got home at 11:43pm -will be heading back in in a few hours.Will talk later ๐ฉต๐
๐ปmorning Bluetopia-what a 24hrs!Firstly thank you everyone for your lovely words-I really appreciate it๐ฅนmy Mumโs going to be ok,she has fractured a vertebrae in her lower back-simply by getting out of bed!Was already disagreeing about what will need to be changed/looked into for the future๐
๐ปevening lovely people, quick update.Still at the hospital-bit worse than expected actually:sheโs fractured her back๐ฌIโm so tired & hanging out to get home for a cuppa & shower. Thank you for the lovely wishes -will talk again tomorrow ๐ฉต๐
๐ปnothing like getting a call your parent is in an ambulance on their way into ED.At least I could see where she was & then go straight to her.Looks like sheโs going to be ok but not going home today-ageing parents are hard๐
