Sounds counter productive because if i discover more music to like than I'll listen longer, however my tastes are so eclectic that when i try to listen to the "new music suggestions" i don't like any of it because it's not my taste
I've dropped my Spotify subscription in favor of Tidal. Tidal made it real easy to transfer my music too with a built in tool that listed my missing music so i could look for them under different albums or different artists.
