My favorite Jankowicz-ism remains your Fox lawsuit claim that the Disinformation Governance Board “had nothing to do with ‘governing disinformation’ outside of the Department.”

We made none of those changes. There is no retraction. There is an editor’s note on the story on my site explaining that the previous version did not include your denial. That is all.
In a series of communications informing me of “potential legal claims” your lawyer also demanded I retract the article and remove language describing you as part of a “shadowy cabal that seeks to control the opinions of Americans,” among other things.
I correctly reported that a scope of work agreement for a company called Alethea that was found in the Twitter Files listed you as a contractor. You deny ever doing this work. We mutually agreed to change language in the article incorporating your denial.
You might want to read the agreement you signed again. It specifically says I do not agree any untrue statements were made.
