Yes, i've been off since covid- heart issues, my sisters have issues as well, a bunch of people I know have strange autoimmune problems suddenly and a smaller number if people i knew have dropped dead suddenly in the last year or two. For reference my peer group is mid 50's.

Why??
🤦

Bottom line from the last 6 years of COVID research : If you’ve got blood vessels, you’d be wise to avoid additional infections.

Now is a great time to normalize wearing a respirator. Might feel awkward at first, but every person who does makes it easier for others to follow. Be a leader. 😷

Or we pumped money into freight by rail and pulled interstate trucks off the roads, only trucking the last miles. Time to get off the tear of big oil.

Episode 43 of the Kilauea eruption is a BEAST. They just zoomed out and uhhh this may be on its way to setting a record for tallest lava fountains. What on Earth. 😍🌋

You need to put a casino on the island, he loves islands although he would swear he has never taken a private plane to the island. Anyhow a big beautiful hotel and casino like the one in Gaza, covered in gold stuff. Then tax the ships passing through the canal. It's gonna be great.

So if they all take up soccer they can bypass the usual checks?
All kudos to the girls team and best of luck, there are equally deserving people who can't kick a ball out there as well.

at which point if you don't renew the sub then your files are no really longer yours...
It's a clever marketing way to beef up the 128g storage issue

1.1TB one drive.... that is storage in someone else's computer, how can you sell that as a feature?

3rd oil crisis that I can remember. Odds and even rationing. For years I’ve wanted to be enviro friendly- solar panels 8 years ago and I went EV last year and haven’t looked back.

Some rhythms don’t knock.
They just rock up — like a yard filling up before you even realize the music started.

You can almost see it: warm air, neighbors leaning over balconies, somebody clapping the beat from across the way.

I don't agree with a charge but better traffic management was badly needed last time i went, it was bordering on dangerous. If people are coming to Victoria to see these then the economy benefits and the costs should be absorbed by the taxpayers as with other roads and parks.

Of course YMMV, I live on a different continent where the entire east coast is well covered but inland is a bit patchy. The continent is the size of USA but population 1/10th so the will to spend on this infrastructure is low.

You need a solid grid to support this kind of output, it may come in the future, most EV owners will grid or solar charge from home or street charge on a normal DC charger which are fast but not that fast. The tech is already here, range and speed of charging are not huge barriers anymore.

USA and Venezuela benefit from high oil prices as they produce quite a lot combined.

Cui bono?

07.03.2026 00:45 👍 2 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0

80% of the worlds oil does not come from there, USA produces the most and some of course comes from Venezuela. Venezuelan oil made the news recently, there are dots to be joined i'm sure.

The sooner we electrify the sooner we are less dependant on shady regimes of all walks.

Same for me, my solar has been up 8 years and I got the EV 15months ago, 6 months of the year solar fully or partially covers my EV running costs. Was exporting to the grid at 3c kWh and now instead charging the car and saving 23c kWh grid cost.

Australia is full of Chinese electric and they make good cars, modern tech and great batteries. They are so far ahead that other countries will struggle to compete. My area is full of BYD seals/sealion/atto 3, dolphins + Geely, a few Zeekr 7x, Mg, GWM Ora. Tesla was also popular but waning.

It’s also a measure of public health systems- hearing some horror stories of NHS in UK. The usual- go in for routine op and die of unrelated infections or neglect. You can be sick and supported or neglected depending on health service funding and capability.

For me Albo was a compromise, anything but Morrison at that point. He has wasted his term being a small target and just better than the last guy. Not that good things haven't been done, they have. Much more could have been achieved by a progressive and bold PM with this majority.

I heard a commentator say that the best indication of Bibi's intentions is to see what happens in Gaza while the world is looking at Iran.

Yes, in Australia the wonderful Angus Taylor under the Morrison gov arranged a 90 day storage "allocation" to be made available in the USA should we require it. We the taxpayer paid $94mil for this wonderful arrangement. I believe there were funds set aside for local storage in the long term.

Mrs is on a constant 3 with the capability to go thermonuclear meltdown within 2 breaths, that is somewhere near a 50 but usually drops down to a 15 after a few hours.

Latin blood, take no prisoners.
