Doubt it. The hubris this administration has that they can either dominate to achieve their objectives or deceive the voters they are winning regardless is astounding.

What I find the most amazing is that they had no clue that blocking the strait was a potential action Iran might take. EVERYONE knew it was likely to happen, yet the people who's job it is to consider all reactions seemingly had no clue and didn't plan around it. No just evil, also incompetent

In 2025, I was in the centre of potash production in Canada. Guess what? I have no clue what level the infrastructure is at.

That's 2024, according to the government of Canada. AFTER production dropped by over 50% due to sanctions. Which makes my point even stronger - Trump has options, ones he's been Uber eager to to exploit by ridding sanctions on Russia/Belarus. Imagine the numbers if sanctions were taken off.
