I just saw that if you cut the skin off/core out of a fresh pineapple, put em in a pan of water to cover and cook em for 15 minutes with a couple cinnamon sticks - the bromelain (which is in the whole pineapple, but especially concentrated in these parts which we usually throw away) it makes tea
I was fortunate to work with a psychologist who uses Neuro feedback therapy. Much better after my brain-zapping, as I fondly call it. Had My Son go who is on the autism spectrum who suffers from depression and anxiety. He is applying to an electrician apprenticeship. Highly recommend!
