It's still fixable. This can be changed. But I'm 100% with you, this is incredibly stupid, and the folks supporting it on the angle of protecting their kids are pushing their responsibilities on others, and that's so infuriating.
It is, but it's starting to look like that's not the point. Control is. Giving precedent to dictating what we can look at, say, or do, and framing it in a way that has us picking fights with each other and not the assholes writing the legislation.
Unfortunately it's them we're all looking at.
I'm a dad of two kids, and as their PARENT, I make sure they don't ingest super inappropriate media. It's my job as a parent to police my kids. It's not the government's job. Which you think would be common fucking sense.

I hope he and my friend are doing well. He got me interested in bugs in the first place when he showed off his pinned collection.
He also had a story of his coworker - he worked for the national park service as a biologist - spotting a tick on the prosthetic leg, leaving to get a removal tool, and coming back to my friend's dad having removed the leg to closely observe what had to be the earth's most confused tick.
For folks unaware, the style of prosthesis he had used suction to remain attached. Putting it on and taking it off made the loudest farting noise you've ever heard. So just ffRRBT itch itch itch FRRRBBbbpt.
I have never laughed harder in my life after the shock wore off.
It's impossible to tell. He even got one with leg hair because he hated having to shave the other one to match when he wore shorts.
His favorite thing to do was embarrass his son in front of friends in a very specific way.
He would take the leg off, scratch his thigh, and put it back on.
Okay. I need to tell y'all a story.
My best friend in high school would have me over on occasion so we could play halo and hang out. It was a good time. His dad had his leg from the knee down amputated when he was very, very small, so he learned to walk using a prosthetic period.

the ultimate answer is I *might* do that bc gdi I'm 36. I've not done something like that for myself ever.
I see a pre-made partial I like and I can afford it, it's *mine.*
(It's a tiny credit card through my bank with really good APR. I have it to boost my score for our eventual moving out.
but on that same note it's tiny and if I could afford a suit with it, I could afford to pay that card off later...)
