From the customer perspective all we see from Microsoft is an obsession with AI at the expense of product quality. This single instance may be embarrassing to you and its easy to fix, but this is how we see your entire company right now and most failures are not getting fixed.
This happened because you (you personally, Scott, as management at microsoft) mandated that your people try to find a use for generative AI to justify all the spend, but it just isn't useful. Some poor intern tried to use it to create this documentation and this is the best it could do.
This is also what amazon expected and they were also wrong. They didnt know what they were doing and had nobody capable of making a good product that anyone wanted. Itch or GoG with bezos funding would either change nothing or ruin the product through over expansion.
