They knew. They just thought Iran would roll over. As an American citizen, I'm glad Iran did not, in fact, roll over.
They either didn't know Iran would shut down the Strait of Hormuz or they knew and didn't have a plan.
Either way - just totally clear they don't give a damn about what this war means for hardworking Americans.
In less than 1 week, Trump wasted $11.3 BILLION of your taxpayer dollars on the Iran war.
Instead that money could have:
- Restored SNAP to 4 million Americans
- Established universal pre-K education
- Built 100,000 units of housing
Our priorities are warped.
