I understand this is all sounding negative, but sometimes I have to think this over and make decisions to keep the hobby fun. Nothing is decided, just thinking out loud on this platform.

Thinking of doing away most of my 'MOC layout parts' since I'm not going to make big layouts anymore. I have no room for them and I don't want to do them for shows. Too much of a hassle when you live small and don't own a car.
Another fruitless MOC'ing day. I should take that time to sort and tidy up my LEGO space.
Hey, welcome back!
A Classic Space UFO based on Legoland Space from 1979-1987 focused on the White and black (Blue window) color schemes from 1986-1987
Rotating the UFO reveals some sensors on one quarter of the model, attempting to harken slightly to Spyrius Saucer Centurion's look, but in a different kind of way.
The Transparent blue Octagon canopy opens to reveal the red Classic Spacemen astronauts sitting side by side back to back looking ut sideways relative to the model's possible front end (base on how the window opens.
The arrow says turn to the right... and underneath we find a center round brick attached to a turntable plate flush to the floor with the rockets that thrust the UFO in a properly dizzy circle.
Today I thought I'd aim for a simpler, straightforward MOC attempt, something that doesn't take 4-8 hours... maybe 1.5 or less instead. and to that end I present a Classic Space UFO. It features a two man cockpit that opens, and playable rotating feature... this is my idea of a quick midsize build

Two transparent clear LEGO windscreens combined together with a yellow bezel to hold them both.
Windscreen I came up with for my Febrovery 2026 MOC.

I like what I see...
A low profile space truck that carries 4 cargo containers. The cab is underneath one of the cargo loads. The color is white and black with black wheels and chassis, and a white body for the cab. Windows are dark blue and lights are red and yellow. The containers are classic space blue/grey 6990 recolor, Futuron 6990 Monorail x2, and Space Police Blue and Black modified container design of 6990. Each container has a magnet to make it interactive in case I make another Moc to pair with this.
The main cockpit is low profile and wedgeshaped like a Lotus sports car, but with a truck like grille and lights. Due to how minfigures are shaped, despite going low profile, the vehicle is still pretty tall, I compensated by making it six wide instead of four wide to keep it looking sleek. The chassis is articulated to bend betweent the cockpit and mid/mid and rear using the classic space era 2x4 paired hinge plates.
A rear view of the trailer as the truck drives away. The mid section of the truck has fuel tanks underneath the cargo with a transparent yellow pair of fuel lines running forward to the cab.
Yes, the minifigure can fit inside the slight wedge cabin.
My final #Lego MOC of the Year
#Futuron Strick Corporation Cab Under... the future of trucking is (not) this. I was on youtube and learned about a failed concept truck a few days ago, and it was just what I needed for a builders prompt.
I dislike washing LEGO parts, feels like busywork. Yet 'used' bought parts are not going into inventory storage unclean.
Even though I use Base Plates solely for MILS, I think they are very nice!
Waiting for the new ghost minifig from the Creator Ghost House set as a keychain. I need it so bad...
I'm still waiting for this, TLG...
Slowly appreciating the recent Transparent Black color these days. Transparent Brown is still the best, but that grey smokish look of the first mentioned can be pretty cool.
I'm not attending LEGO shows/conventions for the foreseeable future as a MOC standee. It takes me more energy than it gives and I wish it was not like this.
This is already old news, however the LEGO FIFA license is an abomination. Even the trophee is looking like garbage. TLG should do better!

My remake of the old Sea Serpent #LEGO Castle set from 1992! Really really happy with this one, the actual sea serpent was a last-minute addition but I love how it worked.

Very nice! Having two sails and a serpent improves this classic so much.

Dr. Kelvin and an Ice Planet Astronaut (2020)
Yeah it's pretty neat looking, but not for that price. I do have to say I prefer the flatness of the back instead of one giant globe. That will be much harder to put somewhere if it was that deep, I think!

BIG GUNNY
I cannot wait to get those white thread links in my hands! Those Technic light bluish grey panels look cool as well.
Frontside of a windmill, surrounded with three minifigures: an archer, hiding behind a bush, a peasant with a pitchfork and bucket and a peasant riding a car, pulled by a horse.
Backside of a windmill, with a peasant peeking behind the opened door of the windmill. Another peasant is carrying luggage and the archer is looking at the windmill. The horse is eating straw.

I need this masonry brick brick in regular red...
Happy we will get regular green in the Italian Riviera set.
Now where's the regular blue ingot tile?
Second in line of best decorative part, has to be 98283 Brick Special 1 x 2 with Masonry Brick Profile. It's so well usable for building in general and the 'one slit side' works great for scifi as well.
