I keep forgetting to post on here. Just got back from a whirlwind amazing trip to Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium, Germany! Stayed in castles, an old 200 year, old windmill, saw a lot of amazing cemeteries, saw a lot of interesting people!

Trying to build back up to 10,000 steps a day. I hurt my back so I have not been doing my daily walks like I was so slowly trying to get that back! Taking it one day at a time. Back to the gym again! Somebody kick my butt to keep my motivation and have more consistency at the gym.

Still have a lot to go, but keeping it off!
