There are flats here Damian.
He's not. He's British.

Interesting, challenging and fun time, listening, debating and catching up with old friends at #LabourLocalGovernmentConference
Would just like to be clear that I didn't eat them all myself.
It surely does (although I may have bought the last 3 two days running...π³).

Lovely cafe in Wood Farm at Atkyns Road. Picture shows tables and chairs in sunshine through picture window
A well-earned coffee for me and Liz Brighouse at the newly reopened and refurbished #FrancasCafe in #WoodFarm at the shops on Atkyns Road after our morning listening to constituents in #ChurchillWard.

Liz Brighouse and I did not manage this by ourselves! Big thanks to Becky and Alistair Howard who have been brilliant litter pickers again today. In the excitement of getting coffee at the newly re-opened Francas Cafe we forgot to take the group photo.

We must never forget. #HolocaustMemorialDay
This is exactly the same problem that many, many UK cities, towns and villages are facing. Local planning authorities need the powers to regulate and limit short term lets before even more communities are destroyed.

Absolutely we are.
A lovely morning listening to residents in #ChurchillWard. Potholes being raised a lot. Reported a number more to #OxfordshireCountyCouncil. Good news that Labour County councillors and @uklabour.bsky.social government have ensured there is more money to fix them.
Lovely day out seeing daughter and @bristolbearscf.bsky.social. Great to see Ella Lovibond who used to play alongside daughter and friends at #GosfordAllBlacks.
A good question. The only reason for postponing them is so that elections instead take place within a short time to the successor authorities. No discussions had even started on what these might look like at the time of the request.
A reminder that I wrote to government to oppose this. www.oxford.gov.uk/news/article...
I've not seen any local Oxfordshire coverage of the list of councils requesting that their elections be cancelled but here is the list which includes Oxfordshire. A decision on whether to grant their wish will be made very soon. www.shropshirestar.com/uk-news/2025...
The Tories just tried to block reform of private renting.
This Labour government will ensure renters get the security, rights and protections they deserve.
Giving blood. Seems to come out quicker every time! @nhsbt.bsky.social

This text was hugely influential and is regarded as one of the earliest works of feminist philosophy.
I suggest you listen to what he actually said.
