• Does Sega US intend to organize or partner to organize any tournaments?
• Will the cab function offline for a period of time before it becomes a paperweight and needs to “check back in”?
- Wouldn’t maintenance make the cab unplayable?
- Say a convention does not have internet access or a venues internet is out for instance.
• Warranty length on the cab and what does it cover?
- Maimai screen is very delicate to the point someone wearing a watch can destroy the screen and render its touch inoperable or someone intentionally abusing the buttons
• How are parts being handled?
Questions we will be asking already are as follows.
• Does Sega intend to move the maimai maintenance time?
- Right now it’s I think 3pm-6pm EST which is a really really bad time to have that, it’s peak time for EST on weekends.
- Ideally it needs moved to in the early AM
