Yikes! About half my #tax refund is being eaten up by the UPS bill for printing and mailing my #appellate brief.

I'm at my local shopping center. These kids are yelling out, "#GirlScout cookies!!!" loudly enough to cover the entire area, and it's constant. I'd take a video to show you but, well, you know. Creepy.

Also, it worked. I bought two boxed for #game night tonight.

Full house for #ADnD game tonight. Seven players because two players can't make it. We're finishing up T1: The Village of Hommlet, the moving forward with the larger storyline (T2-T4). Two players are younger and therefore new to the edition. #RPG #TTRPG

I perform #RealEstate closings. Most lenders require I write the name of the month in dates (i.e., February 27, 2026), often with little space to do it. Those dates add up. Today marks the last business day with long months. Until August, the months have 5 or fewer letters in them. #LittleThings

My thumb is numb. This morning, I had a #steroid shot injected into a tendon to, we hope, cure my trigger thumb. That first required a numbing agent so no one would have to see me cry. We'll see if it works. Either way, i should get buff from the steroids, right? #doctor

"What'd you say?"

Why do this? To piss off pretentious writers.

Observation about Gamma World 7e. #Gamers aren't always funny, but they usually want to be. The ridiculous premise of #GammaWorld 7e mechanics feeds that so well that even a terribly written and/or gravely serious adventure is still fun to play. Everyone gets into it. #RPG #TTRPG

Another observation during my watch of the #TwilightZone: Season 2, Episode 17. Twenty-Two. A woman is given her plane ticket to Miami. She's told that her flight is taking off in only 5 minutes just outside the door. She crosses the tarmac on foot to climb on board. None of that works today.

I'm enjoying #Landman on #ParamountPlus, but as someone who's always gamed the system of commuting to work, the fact that the main character drives up to 8 hours a day for his job sends me into seizures.

Not the best ad to have on a van that's all dented up.

Tonight was the first time I played #GammaWorld 7e in (I guess) 15 years. While the adventure (Steading of the Iron King) was essentially a dungeon crawl, which I don't like, everyone got into the spirit of the goofiness of it all. Good times.

Running some #GammaWorld 7e tomorrow for a full table. I'll be putting my character builder to the test, but unfortunately can't use my game management tool. It's not quite ready to accommodate online players, and we have one. #RPG #TTRPG
