Bizarre Parosteal Osteochondromatous Proliferation - a scary-looking benign lesion arising from the surface of small bones of hand & feet. Aka Nora lesion. Lobules of cartilage maturing into trabeculae of woven bone. Spindle cell proliferation between the bony trabeculae. #pathology #bstpath
