Title: WHAT SHE HAD IN HER GRASP Four first panels show different scenes of Nanoha Takamachi's workday (being transported on an aircraft, having a friendly chat with local soldiers, having a not-so-friendly chat with others, giving a helping hand to someone out of frame). All the time, her left hand remains in her jacket's pocket.
Panel 5 - Nanoha is back in Hayate Yagami's office, and has a bottle of water in her right hand. She seems spaced out, and her left hand is still in her pocket. Hayate is on video comms with Fate Testarossa. Fate: "(illegible) ...Hayate? Hayate: "..." Panel 6 - Hayate (O-S): "Oh. Y'can fill me in later, m'kay? Toodles!" Nanoha sets her bottle down, and opens a virtual terminal with her right hand. Panel 7 - There is a buzzing sound. Nanoha finally removes her left hand, revealing a cellphone in her hand, and puts it to her ear. Panel 8 - Nanoha (beaming, flowering): "Fate-chan!" Nanoha unscrews her bottle of water with both hands, balancing the phone on her shoulder. Hayate (looking on, hit by a stray "flower"): "Huhhh..."

Starts with Nanoha Takamachi resting on Fate Testarossa's lap, and a fairly full battery gauge. Fate removes Nanoha from her lap, and the battery gauge turns to a "disconnected" and "power low" warning. The battery gauge has dropped to 19%, despite Fate putting her jacket around Nanoha. Nanoha seems to be cold despite the jacket, and the battery gauge is at 1%.
The battery gauge remains at 1% throughout Nanoha's work day, despite Nanoha being happy to pilot an aircraft at one point.
Back from work, Nanoha is pacing while she waits for Fate to put away her work for the day. Finally, Fate puts away her work and Nanoha promptly reassumes her position with her head in Fate's lap - The battery gauge refills. Nanoha seems to be content now.
Two strips Strip 1 - Panel 1 - Nanoha seems to be trying on a uniform, with Hayate Yagami looking on. Panel 2 - Hayate looks over at Reinforce Zwei and Fate who are going over some papers together. Panel 3 - Hayate turns back to Nanoha. The uniform is zipped up all the way, tall collar included. Hayate: "Too big fer ya? Panel 4 - Nanoha (beaming): "Fits like a glove!" Hayate: "Y' don't say." Strip 2 - Panel 1 - Fate is putting on a uniform's jacket in front of Hayate's desk. Nanoha is peeking around the corner in the background. Fate: "Did you change the design?" Panel 2 - Hayate (leaning on her hand resigned): "A tad. Just to avoid any confusion..." Panel 3 - Fate seems confused. Nanoha is seen in the background again. Panel 4 - Close-up of Nanoha. Hayate (O-S): "Nanoha-chan, there's one fer y' too!!" Bonus art next to the strips: Nanoha admiring or fiddling with the length of Fate's uniform jacket.

Panel 4 - Nanoha gets her eye on a black and white plush animal. Panel 5 - Nanoha shows the black and white plush animal to Fate. Nanoha: "Confiscated!" Panel 6 - Nanoha helps Fate half-way out of her uniform. Vvio is frolicking around with more plushies.
Panel 7 - Fate's uniform has been neatly folded. Panel 8 & 9 - Nanoha ties a neck tie-like accessory around the neck of the black and white plush animal. Panel 10 - Nanoha squeezes the snout of the plush animal. Nanoha: "Not a single one not for Vivio!"
Panel 11 - Fate is out of her bath and in her nightwear, sitting on the bed, holding a couple of plushies in her lap. Nanoha is drying Fate's hair a blow dryer. The black and white plushie is sitting on the side of the bed, now without Fate's neck accessory. Nanoha (thinking): ("~~~~ I swear, this woman!!") Fate: "They looked like the ones you used to have in your room, Nanoha. Y-You know? So it got me thinking about you and, um" Nanoha (loud): "Stay still!" Fate: "Augh..."
