My Symptoms come in waves. I managed pretty ok-ish through the winter months, with a lot of maintenance effort but now I'm back to all the symptoms all at once. It's horrible. 🥺

I have a very bad menopause week. Evetything is just so exhaustig and I hate the warmer weather - it does not help. I try not to be whiny and try to deal with everything, but your body's everyday fight against you for years is just sometimes to much. And I haven't slept normally for over a year. 🥺
