“Because I just don’t know enough about it” should be the tagline for both of Trump’s terms as the supposed leader of the US. The puppet just wants to grift and play golf. If it weren’t for daddy and Coen he’d be a low level mgr, at best. His entire life is posing. It’s all a con.

Every voting policy put forth by the GOP is a voter suppression tactic, and every voting policy they block is a voter protection one. It’s what you do when you know you’re unpopular.

Can’t fight the culture wars to distract from your horrible policies unless you give your base ppl to hate.

What bothers me more than these bigoted politicians are the number of Americans who agree with them. We have a serious racism problem in the US, and I’m tired of the excuses.

When you value oil, Israel and imperialism over the lives of civilians and American soldiers you always have death.

It’s nice when Trump’s lack of knowledge works in our favor. Wish it happened more often!

I want to live in a world with a lot more “Marinx” people and a LOT less hateful bigots.

Let’s make that happen!

Sad state of affairs when instead of your president doing what’s smart, reasonable and morally correct, you have to hope he’s willing to lie his way out of admitting he was wrong. Hoping, for the sake of all of us, that he TACOs again.

Absolutely, but you won’t get that with the GOP in control. Alternative energy production is too “woke” and cuts into the profits of oil and gas companies. And someone might think they’re starting to believe in climate change. Can’t have that.

Opinion | The federal government is purchasing Americans’ personal data from private brokers Massive quantities of Americans’ personal information are being purchased by federal agencies from private brokers.

The government using taxpayer money to subvert the fourth amendment which protects against warrantless searches. Yet GOP reps wanted to be paid $1m for each phone record that jack smith LEGALLY obtained during the J6 investigation? Privacy for me, but not for thee.

It’s not going to change until we stop the “pick yourself up from the bootstraps” mentality that assumes everyone who needs help is a “lazy welfare queen,” as opposed to the truth that generational wealth fuels opportunity inequality. We have a caste society, even if it’s not labeled as such.

I’d love to have a progressive candidate to vote for. A true champion of the working class would be wonderful. But I’ll do whatever i have to do to prevent the GOP from holding power, because if we make it thru this it’ll be a miracle. Another 4 yrs would be the nail in the coffin.

And unemployment rates don’t even include people who have been out of work so long that they no longer qualify for benefits or who work part time and don’t make enough to pay their bills. 4.4% doesn’t come close.

What happened to “we have to protect the protesters,” and “it’s about preventing nuclear weapons”? Guess the jig was up when they bombed a school on the first day.

Despite the lies, at least we can bank on Congress approving more $ to protect Israel and fund the war. Right @fetterman.senate.gov?

So Israel starts a war with the help of the US & American taxpayers should pay to defend the aggressor while we both bomb innocent people & attack civilian infrastructure. Meanwhile the rich get richer, we lose health care, pay higher gas & grocery prices & worry about retaliation. Makes sense.

More on civilian sites Iranian Red Crescent says were struck
BY JULIA FRANKEL

Pirhoussein Koulivand, head of Iran's Red Crescent Society, said 65 schools and 32 medical facilities, hospitals and pharmacies have been targeted in the war. They are part of the almost 10,000 civilian sites that Red Crescent claimed earlier Sunday had been damaged in the country.

We saw Israel target civilian residences, hospitals and critical infrastructure in Gaza. Did anyone expect it to be different with Iran? The Trump regime certainly won’t restrain them, or its own military. It’s not about nukes or protecting protesters, it’s about subservience and money.

Stay strong @chrismurphyct.bsky.social
Those of us who understand the illegal & immoral reasons for this war stand with you. We know it has nothing to do with “supporting the troops.” Lindsay Graham said it best when he proclaimed how much money we will make if successful. Lives with a price tag.

Definitely performative on Trump’s part, but as far as the religious leaders are concerned it depends on which version of “righteousness” they follow. Blessing Trump is all the evidence we need to know where these pastors stand, and what they’re willing to overlook to reach their goals.

The GOP, as always, working on behalf of the younger generation and the working class everywhere.

When will people stop listening to what they say and start paying attention to what they do?

Guess Trump, Vance, Rubio and Hegseth lied when they said it was about nuclear weapons. And when they said it was about coming to the aid of Iranian protesters. What a surprise.

‘I don’t want to talk about it, so let me talk about it’ always precedes Trump doing it. It’s as if he thinks introducing an idea slowly will make it less abhorrent. It doesn’t.

I used the word “aimed” for a reason. The bill was not nearly enough, but my point was not about the bill’s merits. It was about the fact that Trump, under Miller and Project 2025, wanted it to fail because they don’t want ANY reforms or progress…they want everyone out.

My other POS, carpetbagger senator. Pressuring him works about as well as pressuring PA’s Dem senator, but I keep trying anyway. That’s all we can do until their terms are up and we work towards doing better next time. PA, we deserve so much more!

Trump didn’t pull the trigger, but his regime put the gun in that agent’s hand and unleashed him with no boundaries and a quota to fill.

Last I knew, aiding and abetting was a crime, but cult leaders are never at fault.

Yes, we need to ensure that seniors & the disabled can age with dignity, but for those who rely on Medicare & need more than assisted living, that means sharing a hospital sized room with a stranger & receiving care from staff stretched to their limits. That’s not dignified. We need to do better.

Trump has NEVER cared about anyone but himself. He didn’t work on behalf of Americans during his first term and sure as hell isn’t during this term. Guardrails are gone, SCOTUS has granted immunity, no worry about reelection (so far) and a manifesto to follow. The only option is to fight!
