Noooo, even just the main story is very very dark. Even the LI labeled as the "greenest green flag" is the MCs primary physician and has dubc*n in their recent myth card so it's like,, definitely the fluffy romance cards are the tame part which they advertise alot
-of the fact that in English, we don't have a term like "gege" or "oppa" that would translate literally to "big bro" but also is used as a term of endearment by strangers who aren't family, couples, etc etc. So yeah, i think they massively fvcked up just doing straight translation lol.
I don't think they will make them blood related as they aren't actually that in the main story and this banner is just an AU setting. The psuedo-c*st trope is extremely popular with the CN/JP/KOR side of the fandom so it's always been censored in the ENG localization. I think there's also the issue-
