I've got a tobii, very much like it.
Head/eye tracking really needs support in more games imo, it's so nice even for non-targeting stuff. Just being able to look around is really nice!
I use eye tracking when I play my funny space sims. My usual setup is left hand stick with forward/back on the X axis, roll along the Y axis, and twist for lateral thrust. Mouse in right hand for aim, pedals for vertical/downward thrust. Head/eye tracking for missile targeting and freelook.
