Anyone here have experience with frozen shoulder during peri-menopause? Did knitting make it worse?

I think I’m in the starting weeks of frozen shoulder and i’m curious if knitting contributing to the pain.

I inherited my great grandmother‘s button tin. I’ve been adding to it over the years. For example, I saved those extra buttons that you get on shirts, and I add them to the tin.

As somebody with Crohn’s disease, I’ve had more colonoscopies than I can count. And this description absolutely had me crying with laughter. I will say I love the feeling of being completely empty after doing the prep. It’s such a light and floaty feeling. The rest? 😑

I have some photos of Mosaics from a trip Carthage in Tunisia, and the idea of turning those into stranded knitting, absolutely blows my mind. So fun!!!

Trying something different. Empty dry active yeast bottle, covered with air dry clay, then painted. Such a fun crafty moment. I want to try new things this year!!!
