I cover public safety issues mostly: crime, police, courts. Those stories are difficult to write about sometimes, but big picture, nothing is more important than closely monitoring the justice system and its dealings with this cityβs residents.
Personal milestone: Last week marked five years reporting on this place we call home for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Thank you to the sources that helped bring a story to publish. From tragedies to triumphs, I feel like weβve covered a lot.
