You are absolutely right, except for the part about the convicted felon doing this. His brain doesn't work well enough anymore to have thought of this, figured out how to do it, and maintained attention long enough to see it through. But his minions... that's where the real danger is now.

WTF - why haven’t we seen this map on the news? Most people probably have no idea of the size of the area we are “policing.” There seems to be a severe lack of understanding of geography in this country. Hope no one plans a vacation this winter in Central America & Caribbean.
