Charlesβ image as some sort of guru promoting connection with the natural world and championing the fight against climate change just doesnβt ring true.

Anyway, here is my opinion:
Transphobes are trash and they are part of a fucking bully culture that harms people who have done nothing to deserve it.
Don't care who they are or how they try to position it.

Grandiloquent Word of the Dayβ poster featuring the word βNonnockβ with pronunciation β[NON-nok]β and definitions: (v.) to idle away time; (n.) a whim or childish fancy. Below is an example sentence about Sylvia indulging Herbertβs odd nonnock. On the right, a detailed antique engraving shows a man riding a unicycle. The background is warm parchment with ornate Victorian typography.
Nonnock [NON-nok]
(v.) To idle away time.
(n.) A whim; a childish fancy.
Provincial English
Used in a sentence:
βSylvia indulged Herbertβs odd nonnock for a time, knowing from experience that such fancies rarely survived the inconvenience of actual effort on his part.β
Genuinely one of the most unsettling visuals of the Classic Era.
There are rumours going round that this year's Christmas special will be RTD's last episode and I really hope they're true. Most of the episodes I really liked over the past few years have been the guest written ones.
HBO will not be spending millions on Doctor Who for there to be more π€ͺπ€ͺπ€ͺπ€ͺπ€ͺ openers for kidz, incomprehensible to general audiences mystery boxes about a Classic Who villain and yearly cheesy Christmas specials. Showβs gotta change, not the distributor.
Doesnβt matter if HBO Max is the Doctor Who partner - if RTD is showrunner and refuses to make a TV show that exists in 2026 and just sticks to the rigid formula weβre gonna be in the same situation in 18 months. Disney was a mistake to partner, but the partnership is NOT the main issue.
Meanwhile, Ireland funds a basic income for artists after finding that "for every β¬1 invested - the scheme contributed β¬1.39 to the wider economy through administrative and welfare savings, social impacts, and tax generated."
The political classes have normalised hatred of HE and the arts. They have also made being thick as shit not just a virtue for commenting on both matters. Itβs now absolutely essential

Brilliant cliffhanger. The music, the cutaway to Harry. Top notch. Only problem is they cut to the credits too late. Should have done it before Styre started walking.

Vintage parchment-style βGrandiloquent Word of the Dayβ poster featuring the word βAquilineβ with pronunciation β[AH-kwuh-lahyn]β and definition βHaving a curved or hooked nose like an eagleβs beak.β Beneath is an example sentence in decorative serif type. On the right side, a stylized black ink illustration depicts a vertical eagleβs head with a prominent hooked beak, rendered in bold woodcut-like lines against the warm tan background. The overall design uses ornate Victorian typography and antique engraving aesthetics.
Aquiline [AH-kwuh-lahyn]

- Having a curved or hooked nose like an eagleβs beak.
Used in a sentence:
βWere it not for his almost caricature- like aquiline lineament, the sneaky sneckdraw would have successfully evaded capture.β
