I have created a diorama of the Partridge family attacking the Brady Bunch family. My life is very boring.

The funniest part of this entire story to me was using the PS3 browser to circumvent Deviantarts age restrictions and even needing to have an account. It was a glitch I cant remember how to duplicate. Yes I admit I did this, but I also admit I was a curious teen so......
Honestly, once the internet really started opening up to me, when I finally started getting into messaging around and finally interacting in the furry community, plus going to college, I learned a fuckton of new info. Still took me 6 more years to fully unpack it all then start HRT but, I got there
The hardest part imo was that I never knew being trans was an option until I was 18. Before that my logical early teen self conclusion was "its a fetish" and when it stuck around for a long time after that, my conclusion was "Never tell anyone about this because ill be called insane and locked up"
Tired late night context: I went through about 8 to 10 ish years of "I must be insane, everyone wonders what its like to be a girl, why is tftg so hot, why do I wish that was me?" And the worst of it was like middle school through to my senior year, like 2010 to 2016 and a little beyond.

Got my copy of @vanillayote.bsky.social's Dysphonia. Such a good little book. When I found it a few years back it gave me a lot of closure. I was already out, I was already transitioning. But to learn that what I went though was "normal" helped me come to terms with that anxious person I used to be
I grew my own. Theres other options too 🫂
