It was good thank you hope yours was too. First one without my mum so it was never going to be easy but we got through the day with some lovely memories, laughter and smiles. And now LOTR. I had to stop halfway through. Going back in after dinner.

Been on a secondment for the last six months. I’ve loved everything about it and they’ve now made me permanent. Sometimes a lateral move can be a great springboard to other things. Also congratulatory flowers 🌷

Got a long list of tasks to do today. Will I do the most important thing first? No. I’ll procrastinate and do all the piddly little jobs first then panic about how much little time I’ve left to meet a deadline. Why am I like this?
Priorities. With a very strong likelihood of cake I’d be doing the same.
