The guardian spirit of the forest heard human sounds in the distance. The sounds of humans entering the forest. Shortly after the forest god, the deer and other animals also sensed the sounds. All of them simultaneously felt an uneasy sense of foreboding.

Wow! The lighting and depth of field is perfection! This photo has a story within it.

Our picture shows a peaceful, tree-lined pathway in what appears to be a quiet park or wooded garden. In the foreground on the left, very close to the viewer, there is a large tree trunk thickly wrapped in dark green ivy. The ivy leaves are glossy and layered, overlapping one another like small, pointed hearts. They climb densely up the trunk, giving it a textured, almost quilted appearance. At the base of the tree, more ivy spreads across the ground like a leafy carpet, with a few small brown fallen branches and dried leaves scattered on top. The pathway begins near the bottom center of the image and stretches gently forward into the distance. It is a narrow, smooth path, brownish in color, possibly made of compacted gravel or asphalt. The path is slightly curved and disappears into a softly blurred background, giving a sense of depth and quiet distance. On both sides of the path, tall trees and thick shrubs create a lush green corridor. The trees have deep green foliage, and some branches arch overhead, forming a natural canopy. The leaves vary in texture, some fine and feathery, others broader and fuller. The greenery is vibrant and fresh. The background becomes softly out of focus, enhancing the feeling of calm and seclusion. Light filters gently through the leaves, creating a soft, dappled effect. A breaking wave on a sunny morning. The wave is turquoise and it's long exposure so it's mostly smooth, as are the waves behind. Handheld so a little movement.

This dog is being called a "real-life Lassie" after helping find a missing 3-year-old boy in Kentucky. “I don’t know where the dog came from,” one officer said. “But it was a blessing from God that day.” We think the dog deserves some credit too, so we're awarding him our highest honor, a 15/10
