Putin has a UN warrant out for his arrest for war crimes. He is careful where he goes, but he feels safe in the US?
That tells you everything about Donald, the imposter president.
And, sadly, the US military.

The Australian government, intimidated by Trump's ban on supplying military aid to Ukraine, has suspended the transfer of promised, ageing, second-hand Abrams tanks to Ukraine.

Brereton and the NACC's approach to conflict of interest was contained in his letter to AG Dreyfus on 11 August 2023.

There was follow-up by AGD as to whether Brereton needed a specific COI Management Plan, especially in relation to Defence issues.

Game of bluff and push back. Fun times.

Big pharma’s plea to Trump to punish Australia for cheaper medicines — The Sydney Morning Herald US medical giants say Australia’s Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme is an “egregious and discriminatory” program that Trump should target in the next wave of tariffs.

Time for Australia and other countries to cut loose from US and profit seeking US corporations. Life saving medications must remain accessible.

🚨The Albanese Government is refusing to say whether it will appoint an expert to oversee the NACC’s investigations into Robodebt — despite top former judges saying it has power to do so. Failure “not good enough”, Senator Pocock exclusively tells us. theklaxon.com.au/z5b5

With obscene salaries, lavish perks and Qantas chairman's lounge memberships, our top bureaucrats are very far removed from the lives of most Australians. This is the pampered elite that delivered #Robodebt. They need to be pulled down to earth. #auspol

AUKUS will cost $375 billion.

That is a crazy amount of money. If the Govt. was to pay $1 million every day, it would take over 1000 years to get $375 billion.

Think of all the things that need $1 million: your local school or hospital. The government decided to spend it on nuclear subs instead.

I was there when Keating gave his summation of the origins of WWI:
"The First World War was a war devoid of any virtue. It arose from the quagmire of European tribalism. A complex interplay of nation state destinies overlaid by notions of cultural superiority peppered with racism."

One thing I’m immensely happy about in #Australia is our compulsory voting system. If you don’t vote, the government doesn’t care about you as we see in the USA. In Oz very few people actually donkey vote (AEC. Data) so our governments have to try their best to govern for all. #auspol.
