Yeh. I see this more true because of ai than because metadata. Most roadmaps I’ve seen not yet published will fix this soon. But ai will likely change this

The change from parquet files to other formats is not very hard. Iceberg is just universally accepted by all warehouse engines

Also, much easier to support promos with this framework in for-profit companies. Because revenue is a good metric for did you build something really useful from the POV of a customer.

bsky is odd. more content on x. feels like the same platform really. for a usual 10x read to 1x write ratio, content filtering rules seem as bad on both platforms, it was better for the first couple of weeks, but seems around the same now.

It is inevitable. Maybe this year for computational engines. It makes so much sense for teams to have one stack, rules, acls, etc.
