My mom started watching Lost for the first time. She’s loving it! She said ‘I don’t know who wrote this but it’s so well written! The characters are all so different!’ She especially loved Kate and how she doesn’t listen to anyone!

Here’s a reminder for everyone in LA county to replace their car air filters. Mine wasn’t due for a change and the mechanic said it was BAD and they’re seeing a lot of that now. Do it now!
As a former Manitoban who chased the sun to LA, there are some factors. Yea it’s COLD in winter but it’s the logistics of keeping crew and cast warm and even the gear! Batteries drain quick in -40 (C).
Today I had one of those writing moments where I’m like… huh it’s funny that all my lead characters have this same trauma… and now I realize I need to find a new therapist as well.

I’m fully plant based and my anemia got better going fully plant based. It’s more about avoiding inhibitors. Also Teff is the best source of iron you can get!
