When artists go beyond that, it's a courtesy, out of respect, or sympathy.

Expecting more is entitled, exploitative, and invasive. Don't do that

Artists are not obligated to fix your loneliness, boredom, or validate your kinks because you paid them.

They're not a sounding board for your fantasies or a therapist for your mental struggles.

We're not counselors, or your parents.

An artist has many masters they serve. Demanding an artist work on your stuff now says you think you're better than their other clients and should get special attention.

You're not a good client when you do these things.

Trying to befriend artists won't make them work faster.

A nice boss is still a boss and no mature artist is swayed or manipulated by such efforts.

The more complicated your ideas, the longer they take. You want faster work, downsize or break down the project into parts.

Discord is just, as it stands, the worst option.

No, root is not a better alternative to discord. There are no better alternatives at all. Neither stoat or fluxr. Any service you don't have direct control over are not ever good. But you work with what you have and as we're finding out very quickly, isn't much.

I closed all my discord accounts. They're gone. You'll have to contact me here, furaffinity, or on root.
