Star Trek The Next Generation scene. Okay, so it's a shot of a person in Starfleet uniform sitting and we're focused on the torso. Shoulders to waist only, no head visible. On the chest is like a burned and gross hole that has opened up with glistening and gory innerds showing. From within the chestal cavity is a smol little alien monster sitting and looking pissed. It's slimy and hairless and and has a large head in proportion to its body. Sort of looks like when a TV show has a baby born and they cover it with fake fluids and stuff to make it seem real. Blech.
