Sorry, we promised not to post much today but we had to make a special callout. We forgot to give a proper shoutout to a few places yesterday. Denver and Dallas Fort Worth, you broke records. You were incredible.

To the world:
We are fighting back. Our movement has been silenced by the media hereβ€”but we are not backing down. This is what our streets looked like across multiple cities. Tomorrow, there will be more of us! Raise a glass to freedom.

β€”With love,
Your American allies.

Separated Bike Lanes Means Safer Streets, Study Says β€” Streetsblog USA Cities that build protected lanes for cyclists end up with safer roads for people on bikesΒ and people in cars and on foot, a new studyΒ of 12 large metropolises revealed Wednesday.

Never forget, a 13-year study found that protected bike-lanes led to a drastic decline in fatalities for all road users.

ALL ROAD USERS.

And painted bike-lanes? No safety improvement at all.

For sharrows, it’s actually safer to NOT have them.

Well I can. You don’t have to look too far unfortunately. Emily Bridges here in the UK, Lia Thomas in the USA just for starters.

I think the car adverts we get should be put before advertising standards. Clear roads, not another car in sight, stopping wherever you like. This is fantasy TV.

Watching from the UK I’m finding it terrifying. You think this sort of stuff couldn’t happen again but here we are.

Only in America could a Ketamine-infused South African oligarch call a navy captain, astronaut and sitting US senator "a traitor" for supporting our allies and standing up to Russia...

Anyone who knew before, will know I used to love cycling. Because of my fragile bones I no longer do it. My goodness I miss it. Still can’t bear to part with my beautiful bike.

One of my otherwise feisty, fearless Greyhounds hated these with a vengeance & hid as soon as they appeared. The moon was grouped in the same category.

My friend’s mother got polio the year before the vaccine. Whilst she has had a long life, she has been a wheelchair user since she was 21 & got secondary polio in her 50. I know she would have preferred not to have had polio.

If you’re going to correct someone, it’s best to get the right words to make your own point correctly.

Buy cheap, buy twice. I’m the proud owner of wellies that cost me Β£100 in 1999. I still wear them most days anytime but summer.

Is green thumb an Americanism? It was always green fingers in the UK but I’m hearing the former all the time now.
