I am encouraging ANYONE here over 45 to get your colonoscopy STAT. The prep isn't fun but its not terrible and its over soon. The procedure is painless, you get a great nap, and a chill day, and then you're fine! I was lucky and they found nothing, lots of friends have had polyps removed. Do it ❀️

Braid: First Nations fury over separatism sends leaders to Buckingham Palace The visit of First Nations chiefs to King Charles III show how fearful they are of Alberta's separatist climate, writes columnist Don Braid.

Furious First Nations chiefs cross the sea to meet a friendly king. They've had it with UCP ducking and weaving over separatism. Column.

A portrait of a red horse with blonde mane standing in the sun, looking straight at me. His mane is slightly off to one side in the wind. There is some frosty water droplets in his beard hairs.

I usually prepare and practice my Senate speeches with care, in advance. THIS time, I spoke without notes, unprepared and impromptu, driven by a mix of passion and patriotism. The subject of debate was an amendment to Bill C-12. But I put it in a troubling Alberta context. #ableg #abpoli #cdnpoli
