Great to spend yesterday #volunteering at RNLI Penarth, offering 18 dedicated shop volunteers an awareness of DRABC, recovery position, choking, CPR and AED familiarisation. Some great questions, fantastic engagement and I even picked up some stocking fillers from the shop itself on the way out! 🥰💚
