Have you used Stitch Fiddle to write your patterns? I'm not a numbers person so it's much easier for me to work the charts up visually, and there's a function to download the written instructions as a text file from the finished charts

Agreed! I'm upfront about my pricing with commissions and it's often off-putting to people who are accustomed to paying for fast-fashion. I would much rather barter with other artists for their work than accept payment for mine!
I'm delighted to gift my work to people who appreciate it, but it's vexing to see it sold for less than it's worth, which is why it's anathema to put a price tag on it. You know and I know that $60 is a criminally low price for work of this quality, but not everyone is aware of its true value.
I'm ok for now, but it's lovely to know I have friends if/when the well runs dry
