An hour into my day I've picked up my phone like 7 times just to mindlessly scroll through twitter only to find it isn't there anymore and then putting my phone down again. I think my brain is healing.

Had to delete twitter (just the app, not my account) cos I got addicted to doomscrolling and could actually feel my brain turn to mush.

Gonna hang on to this though cos a little look around tells me there's no chance of getting addicted here.
