Replaced the landscape fabric I been needing to for a while. Ran out right at the end but I had some old pieces laying around that were ok enough to reuse. Not buying a new roll for a 3 x 6 foot section.

My small garden update for day. I transplanted some of my basil and I got some early season cucumbers and zucchini started. Hope no late frost.

I forgot to take picture, I successfully rooted a tomato cutting and planted that too.

There appears to be no freezes in the next two weeks. I might gamble to start the first squash and cucumber plants of the season this week.

I am close to my average last frost date now, but that doesnt mean anything, especially this year.

Latest frost I recall is March 31.

I appreciate that you think its cool. Once we get past last frost date I do want to try a handful of things.

Thank you! I wish I could do more updates, life has been nuts the last couple months.

But I haven't given up on gardening! I just have had to force myself to slow down a bit which sucks because we enter main planting season now.

One thing I am cautiously happy about is these tomatoes seem to be doing very well. In two months they have outgrown twofold what I planted five months ago. I just composted the last of my original tomato seedlingsm

Upgrading the potting mix I use in January has made all the difference.
