Last Temperature Blanket Update!
I've finally been well enough to finish my 2025 Temperature Blanket! Here are the final pictures! Thank you all for coming along on this journey with me. 😀

Second to last blanket update! While technically today is the last day of 2025 and thus my blanket ends today. I have not finished it though as I've be struck by the flu. I do have most of it done though. Hopefully I feel better tomorrow and can wrap it all up.

BEHOLD THE FINAL CORNER!
While there are 3 more days in December, the way the patterned worked out they will have to be a part of the border. Other than those 3, the main body of the blanket is now done.

December Update! The end is closing in. Almost done the final corner and then the last three days will be part of the border cause of how the pattern worked out.

As mentioned in my Temperature Blanket update, I made cookies this weekend. Got some classic chocolate chips, some cinnamon roll cookies and favorite amongst my friends (and reason Im putting a warning on these pics if you can spot it) Gingerbread People. ;)

December Update! Bit late today as it was my annual cookie baking weekend (I'll post those pics later).
It has been cold this week. It even snowed today, not a lot but it stuck.
The colors look a little weird cause I have my Christmas lights on, and its dark.

It's quite fun, and since it's a fairly simple pattern if I miss a few days I can quickly whip the ones I need to catch up.
December Update!! It has been a steady stream of 40°Fs all week with one day in the 30°Fs. The blanket is closing in on the final corner. :D

Bit of a bigger update since I hurt my back last week, I'm doing much better btw. Its been pretty cold, and probably will get colder as we move into December.

Thank you! Luckily I do have a good heating pad, and it has been the best thing so far.
🙃 pulled a muscle in my lower back this afternoon. So, the update for this week might be a bit delayed as sitting for long periods is either very uncomfortable at the least and painful at most.

My brother requested a split color beanie with a pompom. I did a mixed pompom and a split color one cause I wasnt sure which would look better, and he had no preference.

Bit late cause I got busy yesterday, but here's the weekly blanket update!! Still nice and chilly out, a couple days were it did get a bit warmer, but still pretty steady in the 60s.

Wood work projects are fun until you realize that you have a power SCREWDRIVER and not a power DRILL. Learned this too late into getting set up, and instead of asking my Dad for his drill I put the bit in my manual screwdriver. Manually made 12 dowel holes. My arms now hurt.

Last Update of September! We're now in the last three months of this project! The year went by so fast, for this at least lol. I had to scrunch the bottom of the blanket just a little otherwise it wasn't visible in the photo.

First week of September crocheted! I really hope the days in the 80s are done cause Im running out of that color. I bought two skeins of each color before I started, and Red Hot is almost gone now.

I have started a new project! I've never done a yarn project with so many color changes before, so hopefully, I'm doing it right. Had to actually start with the Foundation Single Crochet as the base cause doing it as a regular chain was just not working no matter how I tried.

August Update! Back to burgundy! Its been in the 70°F range the past couple days cause Hurricane Erin is coming our way. Hopefully it doesn't directly hit the East Coast. 🤞🏻
