MSF says the violence is organized and systematic — sniper fire into crowds, stampedes triggered by gunshots, zero accountability from the governments funding the scheme.

The data collected by MSF near GHF aid sites is staggering:

MSF teams at two clinics near GHF sites have treated gunshot wounds to heads, chests and abdomens — clear signs of both targeted and indiscriminate fire on unarmed people.

The GHF was set up to give aid to starving Palestinians. But MSF says these sites have become death traps — where civilians are shot, crushed or suffocated as they try to collect food.
