How should I think about the baseline minutes share for a player who *doesn’t* get transferred? Among top-flight clubs I am guessing there is a lot of season-to-season variability in playing time even among holdovers. Still, the transfer stats are… not great!

Without sounding too hand-wavy, could “lack of a team tradition” be a factor? Limited practice time and lots of roster turnover, so the team has not been able to establish successful strategy and identity. You might even expect results to lag talent by several cycles.
